It has recently been brought to our attention that there are many Crystal series products on the market, our product is the genuine SKE Crystal bar. Imitation products like 'Crystal Pro' and 'Crystal Legend' have absolutely no relation or affiliation to our genuine SKE Crystal products. It is our belief that these imitation companies have also introduced illegal products which deliver more than 600 puffs, UK & European governing bodies have clearly emphasised that the maximum puff delivery should not exceed 600 puffs with a maximum 2ml tank, giving SKE Crystal a negative reputation in the market.

SKE Crystal does NOT produce bigger than 600 puff devices and nor do we intend to introduce an illegal product into the UK and European markets, we can clearly confirm that we have not provided 4000 puff vape devices into UK, therefore we are in NO WAY associated with these rogue and illegal companies who are tarnishing our brand reputation.

SKE Crystal bar is our Official and original product, if other products bearing similar names cause any quality or health problems to consumers, it has nothing to do with our company and we CANNOT be held liable for any damages or losses caused due to quality and technical defects, whether these be health, respiratory, cosmetic, electronic related, fire related by the purchase of this product, and we cannot provide any after sales service for the above mentioned illegal products.

At the same time, we would like to assist customers in the purchase of genuine SKE products as much as possible by advising them to source genuine SKE Crystal products by working with the companys designated and authorized agents and distributors, or check on the official website for the authenticity of products. We urge all our customers and distributors to avoid counterfeit products bearing similar names and if you are offered these illegal imitation products, please promptly report to the local authorities and Trading Standards.
