TPD
European and UK requirements for tobacco and related products, including product limits, notification and responsible market access.
What is TPD?
The Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) is the European Union's primary legislative framework governing the manufacture, presentation, and sale of tobacco products and related products, including electronic cigarettes and refill containers. The UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR) was originally implemented to transpose the EU TPD into UK law and, following Brexit, continues to operate as retained domestic legislation.

For products made available in the UK and EU, we submit the required product notifications in accordance with applicable regulations, including TRPR and TPD. These notification processes require detailed product information, technical data, and compliance with established safety and quality standards. We continue to manage our products responsibly to meet applicable legal requirements.
