We are currently in the process of liaising with our Lawyers and will be taking all necessary action in resolving this clear violation and infringement of our intellectual property and rights and advise that all sellers of this product refrain from supporting a brand that clearly wants to gain profits from a company that has no doubt invested months of manpower and hard work to design and introduce a unique product with unique technology for another company to make a fake device bearing a similar name.
We can assure all of our trading partners and stockists that all relevant UK & European authorities including Trading Standards have been informed of this violation and they will have all necessary powers and authority to seize and confiscate this product from sale and also necessary action will be taken against the companies involved in the sale and distribution of this product to avoid misleading genuine customers into believing that this product is related to the genuine SKE Crystal Bar owners.
